Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you have paid for your order, it is no longer possible to modify it, as we begin processing it immediately. If you wish to add products, we recommend placing a new order.

Are you considering canceling your order? Simply do not collect it from the pickup point, and it will be returned to us.

I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk mail folder, as the confirmation may sometimes end up there.

When will my order be shipped?

Our preparation times vary between 24 and 72 business hours from the time your order is confirmed. Your packages are shipped from France on average 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

I would like to exchange an item. How do I do that?

We do not currently offer online exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your items and they are still new and in their original condition, you can return them for a refund and place a new order online.

Deliveries & Returns

Order preparation: all orders placed before 3 p.m. are shipped the same day. After that time, orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Delivery: 3-6 days

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return it and receive a full refund.
